Que Sais-Je is a decadent chypre with a fruity-peach opening and nutty undertones. Honey and spices cause the fragrance to dabble at the edge of gourmand territory but the heart of orange blossom and base of mossy and animalic notes keep it firmly at the edge.
Que Sais-Je, were she a woman, would have a strong personality. Someone I’d like to meet.
This is perhaps the most challenging from Jean Patou’s Ma Collection – and one worth embarking upon in our estimation.
